The room was clean but I don’t give it 5 stars because the sink and the shower nozzles were both rusty. I felt a weird rinsing my teeth in the water. Other than that the room was very clean. As for service, same. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars because of one of the ladies that work at check-in. My flight came in super early and I get that I have to pay extra to check-in early. But this lady was very impatient with my situation. They only had an upgraded room and I didn’t want that. She told me to just wonder around. Which I did. But mind you this was at 7 am. We walked for 2 hours and came back. She happened to be the one to help me out again. She told us the same thing. Another 2 hours later we came back and another lady helped us and was way more patient and helpful. After getting the room key. I see her go up to the lady and look straight at me and start to talk about me. Idk exactly what but it had to do with my early check in and looked so annoyed at us. I don’t know her name. But I could give a descriptive if needed. Other than that. Great hotel. Close to the strip and the monorail is in the property. Very convenient

The gaming was OK, the rewards were very limited for the amount of money we lost! Some dealers were hard to understand with very poor English skills , some were quite Negative and rude! The food options were not the best, extremely high priced with few options on the fast food or snack type lower end. Quite disappointed that I get a e-mail as I am arriving home that my new personal Rep Has some food and gaming comp options, To little to late !

Had been to Ft. Lauderdale and wanted to check for a decent none night stay in Miami and found this hotel Thro Expedia . Expedia rated this high and happy that we chose this place . Nice location. 5 mins off the beach . The beach is just walkable from this hotel. Very good service . The guy in lobby was very helpful . There was a donminos pizza next door , which was very useful for kids. Amenities were decent . They had an outdoor swimming pool . Slightly smaller .. there were 2-3 families swimming and it was almost full :) washer dryer worked but it was good .. elevator was small and sometimes slow . We didn’t find a gym. No complimentary breakfast.. parking was a bit wierd and cramped ! They charged per night which was slightly expensive . The rooms were awesome ! It was good sized for the price . Also had a kitchen.. though we didn’t use the kitchen , it is very good to have , just incase . Bed was comfortable .. bathrooms were neat . Price wise I think this room was very good and value for money . Wanted to give 3 , but just for the room and pricing , I’m giving it a 4 . Good experience overall .

$60 early check-in fee; Didn’t pay it, we waited at a nearby bar. Check in was awkward because of the lack of physical staff - I don’t blame the staff on the screen, but it’s nice to have an actual person there, not an ominous intercom or a blurry screen. The friend I was travelling with also had a window with a broken lock on the ground floor. Neither of our curtains also closed fully, again, ground floor. The alleyway is closed off but… still. Otherwise just like every other hotel, clean room and bathroom. Good location for landmarks, shops and bars. I also did appreciate the water station. They also have a microwave and coffee machine but I didn’t get round to using those. I suppose you get what you pay for?

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place.
