Primero prometer lo que se ve y como dije es un lugar donde hace calor y que no sirva el clima ni el ventilador de techo!! Y querer abrir las puertas pero no tienen mosquiteros de verdad muy mal

Nos encantó el hotel, todas las instalaciones están hermosas y muy bien cuidadas, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, la alberca divina, la comida excepcional, pero lo mejor de todo fue el servicio, todos son super amables y siempre están al pendiente tuyo.

Incómodo que no haya servicio después de las 6-7 de la noche, el mesero Kevin fatal, no está átono con el resto de los colaboradores que son súper amables. Lo mejor definitivamente fueron Jorge y Romina de las ceremonias del cacao y fuego, los masajes muy bien

Es un lugar para disfrutarse como destino. Todo está enfocado al wellbeing y wellness. La alimentación que ofrecen es cuidada, así como las actividades. El diseño es muy acogedor, minimalista y de buen gusto. El personal es sumamente amable y atento.

El aire acondicionado de la Suite que contratamos no funcionaba. Llegamos en la madrugada de una boda con una temperatura muy alta en el cuarto y no fue posible hacer funcionar la unidad de aire. Se le llamó a mantenimiento y no pudieron hacer funcionar el aire. Nos ofrecieron colocar unos ventiladores y no acepte. Solicitamos entonces un cambio de habitacion, el cual nos fué proporcionda. Al realiza el check-out solicite que se me remmbolse la diferencia de tarifa engtre la habitación que pague y la que recibí al final.

El lugar es ESPECTACULAR nos sorprendieron gratamente con sus detalles y servicio. No le damos el excelente ya que el área del baño es muy obscura, las toallas sacan excesiva pelusa y la presión del agua es muy baja. Sin embargo desde luego regresaremos.

Es un Hotel, hermoso para tranquilizarse e ir en familia, lamentablemente en nuestra estancia habia muchas parejas de esas de 50-20 no muestras raras de cariño, parece hotel de paso, no una experiencia bonita cuando vas en familia. Ni modo. Creo que por lo escondido del lugar le gusta ir a las parejas así.
