It is really large and signage around the resort could be better. They have no washcloths so, bring your own. We felt the food options were average and didn’t have any bad experiences. The fruity drinks at the bars taste like artificial sweetener. We enjoyed only non fruity drinks because of this. Try Paloma’s and espresso with Baileys over ice, they didn’t disappoint.

We had a great stay but a few things need to be addressed: 1. Transportation between hotels takes a long time 2. Reservations for 7 people, our family which we booked three rooms. 3. Hostesses at the Trattoria and the buffet at Maya Caribe were very disappointing. We had the feeling that because we spoke Spanish they treated us different than the American guests. 4. Couldn’t find a table for 7, they would give us a table for 5-6 and had to make it work.

This property its beautiful, alot to do with kids. The restaurants that require reservations are pretty good and the drinks aswell. I love the all inclusive , service is fast. They keep this property very clean i constantly seen people cleaning floors and walls on a daily to make sure its spotless my only complaint it is that the buffets are not good, the food was just not it. So maybe working on the food for the 2 buffets but other than that this place is awesome.

My family and I stayed at this resort for a week. We were traveling with an infant, a 6yr old and 4 yr old. My kids really enjoyed the kiddie pool. However the beach was not as nice since it had a lot of seaweed. Overall our stay was good. The room that we stayed at was not the greatest. They said we would have a garden view but I wouldn’t call it a garden and the mini fridge in our room did not keep the drinks cold at all. My husband would have to go get ice to keep his beer cold.

The hotel was great. The lobby area could use some furniture upgrade, but other than that the facilities were very well kept, extremely clean and beautiful. The pools are amazing, big, clean and never feel crowded. The kids water park may be in need of new slides but the ones that are there still work really well and my kids had an amazing time. The water park is super fun and varied for kids 3-12 I would say. We enjoyed the restaurants, the buffet, the amazing views of the ocean and the pools so much. The food in general was very good for an all inclusive. My oldest kid and my husband did the Go karts twice and they loved it. Also visited the bowling alley and arcades at the Maya Mall. The beach at the Maya Palace is rocky but just a couple of hotels down it is much better and we could enjoy it there. Very calm and beautiful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, great bathroom too. We did pay for Premium level Junior Suite Oceanfront. We got a great room location as well, facing the pools and the ocean. In general our experience was really positive and we are already planning to come back.
