This was our first stay at an all inclusive resort, and we loved it! The staff are amazing and so helpful. The food is delicious and there are so many options to choose from, which is great if you are a picky eater like me. Since this is an adults only resort, the atmosphere is so calm and quiet. I wanted to stay forever! I can't wait to come back!

Had a great time here, the staff were amazing and friendly! I really enjoyed the entertainment team, very great spirit. Carlos and Paulina were my favourite! There was also another gentleman who was working entertainment but I can’t remember his name, but he always remembered mine.. the lady who did my braids at the spa was excellent too, Cristela! The property is secluded and has a beautiful walk way through it. The pool is wonderful and located perfectly by the beach. All very convenient. Completely enjoyed this facility and will go back. Staff is amazing! The only complaint is that the air conditioner is locked at 23C (which is 73.4 degrees F). That’s just too warm. I’m sure they can do something about that, but I didn’t make a lot of noise about it. Fabulous and relaxing vacay!

Beautiful property, but I felt like it could be in Florida or Hawaii. It needs to be a little more “Mexican themed”. The entertainment was lacking. A mariachi band at dinner would’ve been nice. I was there 18 years ago when it was the Copacabana and it felt like Mexico. The only night, was Saturday when they have Mexico night, that it felt like we were actually in Mexico. The beach is one of the best beaches we have ever seen.

Staff members and helpers were great and food quality was good, clean and ocean with white sand was fantastic and definitely thinking to go back and only thing stopping me is air conditioning of the room was horrible and we had to take cold shower every night to be able to sleep and each time to call or ask their answer was general condition or general problem and then when it got fixe and again answered we don’t know!!!!!! If you can sleep in the hot weather in the hot hotel room of Catalonia Royal Tulum More than welcome to try!!!!!!!!!

The staff was amazing, from our cleaning staff, restaurant staff to the entertainment staff. Food at Palapa was mediocre, the Tequila bar food was not very good, but the Grill and Rauxa's food was decent. Rauxa's shows were nice also. The staff goes above and beyond, the resort was beautiful, and the.pool area was fun and inviting.

The property is beautiful. The beach is one of the best I've ever been to in Mexico. The food was good. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint that I had was that the a/c in our room was very unreliable. It did not maintain a constant temperature and was often uncomfortably hot.

2nd time at Catalonia Royal Tulum. This is a great resort, staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel they go the extra mile for ppl. Put a banner on our door for my husband’s birthday. My husband hurt his ankle on day 3 and staff let him borrow some crutches till he could get around on it. Rooms were very warm this time. Could have used a better ceiling fan. But I understand it is Mexico, everything is hot in September. Breakfast and lunch buffet staff were fabulous. Remembered our room number and what we liked to drink after a couple days. Beach area very nice. Palm trees for shade. Pool activities were entertaining. We will return.
