The staff was actually very pleasant the hotel looks old that may have tried to remodel - the bed was very comfortable & I loved the pillows so had a good nights sleep before being woke up by two motorcycles warming their cycles up outside window at around 7 am - not the hotels fault

The space was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The location is excellent, in easy walking distance to many services including dining and shopping. VERY easy I-82 access. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was quite disappointing, and a few elements are in disrepair (e.g., some cracked bathroom tiles, etc.), but again, it was clean and comfortable....and the Wi-Fi was excellent. I'd both recommend it and go back.

Clean, affordable stay for a quick trip in Yakima. Place is a little dated, but well kept. Walls are thin, so we could hear people around us, including the snorer in another room. Would stay here again though if we had to. Property was clean and felt safe.

This hotel was cheap but you get what you pay for. There were patched holes all over the walls, black mold in the bathroom and the bathroom surround was covered in orange mold. Since it was the softball state tournament there weren't any other hotels with open rooms so we were stuck.
