A bit disappointing. Booked a room for 4 adults and we had to go to the desk for the bedding for the soaf abed. Then there were only 2 towels so we had to go back again. Then we were going to have a tea before bed and there was one teabag and 2 pods for coffee. Didn't bother going back to the desk for a third time. Nice to see that there was a hot tub. Nice that it was a hot breakfast but would also have liked an option of yogurt and fruit.

The hotel is convenient to downtown Yakima and has a quiet, comfortable, family owned vibe. The staff was kind and helpful and the rooms felt secure/property felt safe. I appreciated the availability of the on-site bar and restaurant and the drink and breakfast vouchers.

Inviting facility. Kept well and dining staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only problem with my stay was that while checking in, the desk people were not exceptionally warm or friendly. After a long drive, it helps to be greeted with AT LEAST a “Hi! How can I help you?” Or “Good afternoon! Are you staying with us today?”

Pleasant business stay.
For a hotel not having a remodel in some years it still is performing well and having the restaurant service was great even though the menu was limited.
