We were just passing through and decided on this property based on cost and reviews. The property feels new or recently updated and the rooms felt modern and comfortable. They offer a free breakfast, though we decided on a nearby diner instead for something a little more substantial. Would definitely return if passing through the area again!

The property was clean and inviting. The room was clean. Ine thing i noticed is no microwave in my room. Wanted to make popcorn and I couldn't. Restaurants arent far away. Store was pretty close about 5 minutes away. The staff was warm and inviting.

The rooms were clean and big for the double queen size rooms. Breakfast was amazing with breakfast sandwiches and burritos and other things as options. Close to many location in Yakima and Selah, Wa.

Driving up the Hotel Y from Seattle this was a great find. The location is a gem. Right as you enter Yakima from the west, the Hotel Y, is conveniently on the right side of the road just before the center of town. Lots and lots of locally owned Mexican restaurants near by. Close to gas stations and fast food if that’s your pleasure. The hotel is new or it is an exceptionally well done recent remodel. It has a boutique motel feel as well as being an ease to navigate property site Great parking and night lighting in parking lots.

This place is more of a mom and pop, REFURBISHED, VERY CLEAN--way better than the hum-drum of chain hotels that can be quite funky and dirty. It's just as reasonable in cost without the risky factor. They patrol their grounds to keep things safe. It's very accessible, modern refurbishment. I come here for work and so I value the GREAT WIFI! Good breakfast options, heat-up breakfast sandwiches, sausage and biscuits with gravy, and everything else. Thank you, Jamie (or is it Janie?!) for catering to whatever I needed!

Didn’t like it they didn’t check me in on time. I was tired from work. She was asking for a $500 deposit which I stayed there before and they would only charge me $40 deposit. I drove from California had a long day at work and they didn’t even rest.
