We stayed one night. The staff were super friendly and helpful the room was not new, but spacious enough, Japanese style. Onsen was clean and uncrowded with all necessary amenities.

Property is excellent, but area is a negative, is difficult to get there, GPS on expedia is way off by at least 1 kilometer, the property have no restaurant and all the area around, dies by 6PM, leaving you with the only option of 711, 800mts away which kind of close by 11PM i guess. Onsen is excellent. Room was excellent also.

Easy access to Mt. Fuji
Pierre looked after my family during the stay. This hotel is one of the best hotels in Yamanakako, and easy access to Mt. Fuji.

The hotel was very quaint and cheap but unless you come to the area during peak summer tpurist season expect minimal amount of businesses being open and availabile.

Das Hotel ist von der Bushaltestelle aus gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer im japanischen Stil sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Auch wenn das Hotel vielleicht ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, hat es definitiv Charme und ist eine gute Wahl. Vielen Dank

23:00 - 06:00酒店大門會上鎖，任何人都不能進出
房間很大很舒適，我們住了兩晚，要自己舖床墊，日間沒有人執房的，所有用品在接待大堂自取。有個很大的保險櫃，但每次開關需要投入100日元及不會退還。空調是很舊式的座地機, 調溫旋轉鍵已被人弄壞了，因此只有暖風出，慶幸我們是5月中入住, 適逄當日下雨降溫，打開窗戶已經有點冷，如果是夏天入住，可能有點熱。溫店有公共大浴池，但我們沒有使用，因此不清楚情況如何。酒店門外有很大的空曠地方泊車。另外，要注意的事：酒店會於晚上11點至早上6點鎖上大門，任何人都不能進出，這麼重要的消息應該在訂房前通知消費者，而不是在完成check-in 之後才告知，如果行程需要在上述時間離開酒店 (例如看日出或去機場，那會是多麼麻煩的事情)。
