It’s a great place to stay lose to train stations and restaurants.

The room is quite small, as advertised, but it was very clean and comfortable. The biggest issue was the dated air conditioning system that did not work very well. It ran, but it never reached a comfortable temperature given how hot it was outside. Location was quite convenient as major shopping areas and transit stations were all within 10 minute walking distances. I would stay there again.

Good laundry service on site. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! Wonderful place for a family or solo traveler. Good location in Osaka. Will definitely stay there again my next trip to Japan.

Very clean and lots of room. Provided slippers and toiletry items. Only issue we encountered which is not really hotel's fault is that someone removed our wet laundry from the dryer twice in one night to put their own laundry in. Some people are just rude.

My daughter fell in love with all the amenities! The staff was amazing and the all you can drink was nice! The hotel is a short walk to Dotombori and all the shops. Highly recommend!!!!
