This place is located near the city center. It is okay to stay for a low budget place.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
You get what you pay for.
It is in an alley behind an actual hotel. Room cleanliness was definitely an issue as I found a clump of hair from whoever was staying there before. Electrical sockets were hanging out of the walls which her in some parts, literally, paper thin. Also a hotbed for prostitution so avoid getting a room in the 'business' section. Unless you want to be kept awake by someone elses 'business'.
