Love the convenience of the hotel to downtown. Across from a sweet park . Parking across the strret was a bit annoying in regards to carrying over luggage. Bed was uncomfortable and the noise from the air conditioning is loud. Had a fantastic waiter this morning for breakfast.

While staff were lovely, the property is rather shabby. The room was clean, but the phone didn't work, one lamp didn't work, and the chair was tippy. The carpet in the hall was stained. The restaurant wasn't the cleanest and needs a spruce up. Service was slow in the restaurant.
