Outside of hotel didn’t look like much but the staff was amazing. The rooms were very large, modern and updated. The front desk was very accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Good location, nice place, clean, looks the sana as pictured. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and casino. Doesn’t have pool.

We had an amazing stay at NOA! The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and looked exactly like the photos. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The location was perfect, right off Loíza Street, within walking distance of tons of incredible restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, and only about an 8-minute walk to the beach. It made exploring San Juan so easy without needing a car. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

Fue una estadía excepcional. No vengan con mentalidad de que es un hotel porque son unas villas tienes paz y tranquilidad, comodidad para pasarla bien en pareja, corrillo y familia es full recomendable. Los apartamentos tipo estudio cuentan con nevera grande con frizzer, microondas y cafetera. La comida es criolla super buena. La variedad de bebidas excelente. Mojitos y margaritas riquísimas. El personal es muy amable. 100% para pasarla bien y despejar la mente.

It has everything you may need and more

Our stay there was great! It was walking distance to old San Juan. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The only downside was, the hot tub didn’t work and there was no warm water. I would stay here again.
