Good value. The room was clean. Courteous staff. Good location, close to restaurants, grocery store, the Tourism Infocenter, and it is at walking distance from Old Town and museums. The local transit bus runs very often on the same street. Would be nice if the carpets were newer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was great. Room temperature was perfect. Very nice to have a microwave. Very walkable to shops and attractions.

Nova Inn is in a very convenient location, just outside the downtown core; taking less than 30 minutes to walk to the old town. The Inn is not luxurious, but is spacious and clean. There is only one restaurant in the hotel, but there are other restaurants nearby, within a few minutes walk. The only con I can think of is the portable air conditioner provided in the room, which was so loud that we had to turn it off during the night.
