This was my second stay at this hotel, and I will definitely be booking again! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Mr. Savaş, the hotel manager, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The front desk staff were also wonderful, professional, kind, and always ready to help. It’s the warm hospitality and great service that make me want to come back. Highly recommended!

Liberty is a beautiful place for families, my 2 kids ages 10 & 13yrs old had so much fun, entertainment team was great ! Night shows were always different which was a good way to keep our nights busy. Water slides were heaps fun too for kids and adults. Food buffet was good, I wouldn't say amazing but still pretty good options for everyone. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We stay there every year. Never disappointed. Staff always go extra mile for customer satisfaction. Great location too. Highly recommended.

Staff at the reception were very professional and helpful. They arranged for the tour, although people should shop around for the best price. Rooms were very clean and staff upgraded my room to a suite. Sea-view room for the suite was excellent with 3 different large windows and balcony door. Location of the hotel is very convenient to close by ferries and main streets with plenty of food places along the shoreline walway. Driver for personal tour was very good to use Google translate to communicate about the scheduling and pick up locations at various sites.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were good. The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast as also good. The location is tough to reach by car. The valet parking was good but there is not really a good place to stop in front of hotel. Our air conditioning went out on day two. They gave us another room which also the air conditioning did not work on room 3 we got one that did. The location is not great there are not many restaurants near by and you will need to take a taxi or drive with limited parking to go sees things. Staff were really awesome.

We had internet issues but Salih stayed on top of it to make sure the kids had their internet. Cleaning staff were attentive and helpful with clean linen and greeted us every morning in the hall. Hotel smells amazing and you literally hear nothing in your room!

A very heavy smell in the rooms , corridors too. Stale air, not well maintained, chipped paint. Suite room sofa bed uncomfortable but staff is super helpful. We asked for extra sheets and duvets to ease the sofa bed issue.

Beautiful property, excellent food/varieties, great location, very comfortable bed + bedding! The outdoor pool was refreshing however the steps to go in it were oddly very high and a bit difficult to get in and out of the pool. The restaurant by pool was excellent including the service + staff. Loved breakfast buffet! The restaurant on 19th floor was great but the service was not. Waiting till we finished appetizers to deliver my Coca Cola drink but the other two guests got their drinks. There were only 3 tables full. Did not care for the toilet directly behind the door or the half open shower. No concierge, the reception staff wasn’t quite sure of arranging any activities or directing us. Ended up us g my guide which was fine but you’ll have to uber about 20 min away for most meeting places for activities. All in all, it was a wonderful experience- took advantage of the VIP spa services for couples and was not disappointed! Highly recommend!
