Baylan Basmane is recommended without hesitation - a very clean, very friendly hotel with an amazing location. The free traditional breakfast was amazing, the showers hot, the beds very comfortable, the air conditioning excellent. We would happily stay here again.

Hotel is walking distance from Izmir airport making it very convenient. Shuttle service was easy to organize for an early flight and staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend for easy access to the airport

We had internet issues but Salih stayed on top of it to make sure the kids had their internet. Cleaning staff were attentive and helpful with clean linen and greeted us every morning in the hall. Hotel smells amazing and you literally hear nothing in your room!

Bought it through Expedia, unfortunately without breakfast. Don't forget your bonnet if you want to use hot swimming pools.

A very heavy smell in the rooms , corridors too. Stale air, not well maintained, chipped paint. Suite room sofa bed uncomfortable but staff is super helpful. We asked for extra sheets and duvets to ease the sofa bed issue.
