Very small rooms, no chairs outside room to sit unless you go to the garden. Glasses were filthy in room which makes me wo der about the rest of the room/bedding. Very disappointed.

Unique, decor, unusual to have the degree of service available eg wanted to catch ferry to Great Keppel and was offered to store our car and take us to the ferry and pick us up again in 3 days , recommend current management, clean and continental breakfast included

Advertising as Boutique resort is a little misleading. Not quite a resort. More like a hostel. But all was clean and safe. Street parking. Rooms were tiny, only slightly larger than the bed, which was unexpected. Pleasant staff.

The place is situated in an isolated area with no close convenience store or take away. When we booked, the map had us believing it was right on the beach when it was no where near it. The staff were lovely but that's about it.
