The BEST Hotel with the BEST TEAM
This hotel is one of a kind. There has never been a place I stayed that welcomed me as part of their family. The staff is the reason that this hotel is so wonderful, Big Shout Out to Sirik, Vika, and Armine; these 3 incredible ladies who took care of me for 14 days, making me feel at home. I have not been to Armenia for 17 years and this was my first time in so many years. P.S. The food made by Armine was heavenly. I will say that there is nowhere in Yerevan where you can find such a beautiful team that will take care of you as you are part of their own family. Thank you all so much! I will miss you all until my next visit.

The owner or manager (I don’t know who was he because I called him and asked who are you and he answered it is not your business) was very rude. Furniture is junk. I can’t sleep all night. I am not recommended. Be aware.

Well worth it clean, comfy and convenient.
I enjoyed staying there, place was clean and comfy. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there when back. As to location, it was very convenient, though not on the main street, which was all ok with me. Rooms were bigger than a hotel room, more like a small apt.

Adequate for a short stay. The daily Breakfast buffet cook, Armineh, is such a wonderful lady, always greeting us with a smile, and her wonderful breakfast buffet. Reception staff Sahag and Sirig are very polite and welcoming.

This is such a sweet hotel! It’s a bit tucked away but has a fairly central location and a wonderful energy. Room was big, clean, and stylish. I wish it weren’t winter so I could have enjoyed the lovely pool. Overall great experience!

Not as advertised at all
A bit of a shocking experience. Advertisement do not represent the reality at all. Hotel is not easy to find, it is more like a house converted to hotel. Situated among other houses in cull de sack. We had two rooms and were offered rooms on the ground and 3rd floors. My request while booking was disregard. During check in I asked why my request was disregard. And that is very inconvenient for the family to be separated on 4 different levels. But the lady did not want to accommodate. Funny thing that next day I contacted the owner at the morning and he said it is not an issue and we could be easily moved to the same floor as they had rooms available. Poor breakfast with dry bread and mouldy fruits. Very dirty pool. Amenities. The photos and description on the site is not what you get at all. Showers are ripped of from the wall No stove tops available. Washer is out of order and no washer in other room. No plates/cutlery (only 2 cups which is not enough for 3 people occupying 1 room). No Free Bottled water as advertised on the site. Instead there is a big sign with price for the water. Very smelly bathrooms. I mean you are not able to breath from smell of the toilets. The beds are unsuitable to sleep on in both rooms. Springs in the matrasses are destroyed and sticking to your ribs. No topers to cover metal springs. Because they are destroyed, you literally fall nearly to the floor while laying. Feels like you are in a hammock with springs going all the way to you ribs.

The best part of this hotel are the staff. Everyone was very kind and caring. They helped us getting taxis, responding to our questions and much more. Breakfast was wonderful! There is also a little outdoors pool and a patio next to eat where you can relax and hide from the heat. It is close to the city centre but might be a bit hard to find for your taxi driver as it not on the main street, so please make sure to get the directions from the hotel. It was a great stay!

Newly built hotel near metro, or about a 15 minute walk to downtown. Inexplicably asked to transfer rooms, after three nights, but to better room. No free drinkable water. Breakfast choices rather limited.

Location not exactly centre but you can reach within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast though was pretty bare bones. Maybe due to off season. Also time given was 8:30 but never started before 8:45. Could be due to off season. But the room was good and comfortable.
