I have stayed for 6 nights and I was so amazed with services privided, taking into consideration hotel with 3 stars the provided quality was above 4 stars hotel, from the friendliest staff to the quality of the breakfast amazing housekeeping. They were generous enough to provide with daily fresh water, late check out and you almost get whatever you asked for. Great job 👍

This is a lovely hotel, in a fabulous location, with an extraordinary staff that was helpful, friendly, accomodating, and really made us feel like honored guests. They also have a marvelous breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious choices that was unfailingly plentiful! The breakfasts were both delicious and healthful, with lots of veggies and fruits fresh and chopped up...incredible tomatoes! The desk staff were so wonderful, I felt like they genuinely became friends. Even the housekeeping staff were especially solicitous. I loved our stay there! We look foward to returning!

I liked the hotel. But!!!! We forgot two caps in the room (mine and my husband's) when I called the front desk and asked them to send them to me. Then they told me that come and take it. I’m already in another country, I can’t come and pick it up and I don’t have any friends in Yerevan. Then, I was told that the caps would be in the storage room... of course I am not going to fly back to Yerevan to get the caps. And I can’t believe that a hotel of this level does not have a service for sending forgotten items. Next time I will stay at another hotel...😕

Pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan
Hotel is centrally located next to a park. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel room is well designed, well maintained and clean. Provides good value for the costs.
