There's a outdoor area by the Family Mart where you can look out at the city view. Quite relaxing. Also the fact that there are two Family Mart housed in this APA is very convenient. Always got to get my hot coffee there. The spa is certainly a treat. I go there everyday and it's absolute must try for those new to the onsen experience. Public transit is easily accessible. Certainly a resort I will return to.

Great hotel, a bit uncomfortable.
APA is great value if you are looking for a simple nights rest. All in all, the hotel is great. Be aware the mattress and pillows are severally uncomfortable but other than that, this APA is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in.

This was a great hotel, at a great location. Walking distance to transit, restaurants, shopping, the famous red brick building, the cup of noodles museum, and the amusement park. Great for families. Great for a one day trip from Tokyo too. Yokohama is a beautiful port city with a calmer vibe than Tokyo. Ones is great but it can get quite crowded

The best option in Yokohama
The best place in Yokohama or even Tokyo Metro Area for a budget and environmentally friendly stay. Rooms are very minimalistic, but with all necessary amenities… what I love the most is the big free onsen available to all guest… There is nothing more relaxing than having a warm pool after a long day of walk. The other plus is the Family Mart convenience store located in front of the Spa (onsen) From fresh sandwiches to sushi or fresh squeezed bottled orange juice extremely affordable so no need to even request breakfast, as you will be thrilled to have this as an option… Definitely the place to stay…

Hotel rooms were kept clean and fully equipped with lots of amenities. Very conveniently located within Yokohama waterfront. Close to nearby attractions like Cup Noodle Museum and Landmark Tower shopping areas. Only complaint was that the rooms a bit small.

There is an excellent view from the property. Also the breakfast buffet is good and the location is excellent being close to a train station that gores directly to Shibuya. The big negatives are check in- every time I book using Expedia the hotel seems to have no record of my booking in its system. Also they look to nickel and dime you for everything. If you lose your card or leave it in your room 1000 yen kerching; if you arrive [god forbid] before 3pm it is 1000 yen per hour extra kerching... You really get the impression they don't really like guests very much and are terribly inflexible with any requests they don't consider normal..

As expected
There's a certain cleanliness to an APA property that one would expect and the Yokohama resort location definitely fits the bill. I won't bore you with the details there. Facilities are plentiful and if the restaurants aren't to your liking, there's plenty of options within a 15 minute walking radius around the hotel. Ample public transportation makes Kanagawa and Tokyo prefectural locations easy to reach.
