The hotel was very nice! I usually stay in business hotels around Tokyo so it was surprising how much space it had. It was very easy to check-in. All I had to do was fill out a quick form with my phone number and address. They didn't care that my address and phone number weren't a Japanese address/phone number compared to some hotels. The area around the hotel was perfect. It is within walking distance from the station and there are many many places to eat and shop. There were days when I did not have to ride the train to go to a different area because they had almost everything within Shin-Yokohama.

An amazing hotel for the price i payed . Bathrooms are a little small im 6'1 220lbs for reference. But great location train is literally across the street its also a bullet train stop . Tons of restaurants around and east to go anywhere

Good value for price! Close to Shin-Yokohama station with a convenience store and restaurants nearby. Room cleaned daily, with washing machines/dryers and water dispenser available on lower floor. Hotel has a restaurant though we did not get a chance to try it.

Amazing Experience!!

This was by far the best hotel stay of the 3 during my trip! Clean, comfortable, perfect! The bed was super comfortable and there were definitely enough pillows. Bathrooms was amazing and the products they made available were awesome! Quick walk from Shin-Yokohama Station, and I loved being steps away from a 7/11. I did utilize the laundry room and appreciated the fact they were washer dryer combos. (Although I wished before hand that they were 2 hr cycles) as I would have stated earlier. This place will definitely be on my list for my next trip to Japan. Highly Recommended!!
