Stayed at this hotel before boarding the celebrity cruise 12 night Japan tour. It was within walking distance of the port and close to Minato Mirai and the Red Brick Warehouse. We got wonderful views of the cruise port too!

The staff were super friendly from check-in to checkout and the hotel was so clean and comfortable. Public transportation was also convenient for us to go to the places we had planned. The bus literally stopped right at the door of the hotel and the subway was just next door. I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

Lovely friendly hotel in Yokohama.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to the cruise terminal. Staff were exceptional and so knowledgable and keen to help you. The room was a very good size with great facilities. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place/location

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean there was lots of storage. Felt more like a studio apartment over a hotel rm. The location was perfect- lots of stuff to do around hotel, good eats AND walking distance to the cruise port. Would definitely do it again!!

It's a maybe!

The check in procedure was poor. QR code required, hard to use as a visitor without wifi. Eventually a staff member came to assist. Bed was very hard, pillows were too soft. Bathroom was very small. No gluten free bakery options provided even though they asked for dietary needs as part of online checkin well in advance. I don't think I could recommend this hotel, unless you're going on a cruise (as we were), then the location makes up for almost all the negatives.

Ideal location for night before cruise. 5 minutes from port. Fridge/freezer and oven in room was ideal. 7/11 shop just along the road so we could cook our own dinner. A welcome stay after a long flight.
