Great location close to Shin Yokohama station and blue line subway stop. The property is bit old but much better than other Japanese business hotels (budget but clean small room hotels) in the same price range. Staff was very helpful! Easy check out by the automatic machine.
Cribs are only available prior to the stay. If you booked thru a third party, expecting a crib, probably should give them a call make sure prior to your arrival to ensure it's communicated correctly.
Everything was fine except we were given a smoking room.
The smoking rooms are terrible. I understand they are smoking rooms, but don’t underestimate how bad it is.
Other than that, the hotel was fine. Staff were very polite. Room was smallish, but was clean.
We stayed to join the volleyball world cup 2019 at Yokohama Arena. Nice location which is close to Arena and Shin-Yokohama Station. Room is great and comfortable enough.

Disliked: Room comfort
Cheap and Ok for 1 night in transit
Very small room with double bed pushed to wall.little room to open cases
Full breakfast was in coffee shop attached and was 2 small cocktail frankfurts, a scoop of scrambled egg and 2 slices thic toast plus small bowl of coleslaw and cup of coffee. Being used to small Japanese hotels, I was not schocked.
We had a very spacious clean twin room that’s very close to Shin-Yokohama train station. It is close to many shopping centers and restaurants. They have washers & dryers like most of the hotels we stayed at on this trip- takes a while to get your clothes dried unless you hav a very small load. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
What can I say about my stay at this particular hotel...I was in town for a half marathon and needed a hotel that was within walking distance of the race. I really liked the location of this hotel. It was with a 7 min walk from the Shin-Yokohama station. There is plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel with a variety of options. Starbucks was literally around the corner, which was very convenient. The Yokohama Ramen Museum is only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Neat place to visit. Not very big but a ton of ramen to try. The staff was friendly and even had a English speaking staff on hand for those who do not speak Japanese. The room was clean but small like most Japanese hotel rooms. I once again, did not find comfort with the bed or pillow but I’m not used to Japanese beds or their pillows. Overall my stay was pleasant enough.
I was there for 3 weeks. The staff were very friendly. They greeted you every time you came through the lobby. They had a cafe right next door and is also next to a convenience store, Starbucks, and Shin-yokohama station. It was for me relaxing experience.
I gave all excellent because the hotel was nice and clean plus the room was less expensive than Tokyo but lots more space for walking and suitcases and 2 sitting chairs. The desk help could speak 4 languages including English so was able to give us good directions, even copying a map for us. I would stay there again. If you get off the JR line, there's a subway exit that is closer to the hotel. I would stay there again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Near to main train station
This hotel is one block from the main station, staff are extremely polite and helpful.
Breakfast is a choice of 3 sets, but for the price listed, you can get a better deal outside.
Lots of food choices since it is near the main station.
Very friendly stuff, clean and quiet hotel. Lots of places around to eat. I asked for directions at the information booth at the Shin-Yokohama station and a I was given a map. Takes 3 minutes walking from the station.
Easy to get to.
If I ever come back to Yokohama, ill be staying at this Hotel. Great first night in Japan.
