The hotel was wonderful, the room a good size with a sitting area. The bathroom felt like a spa. The breakfast available next door was incredible, so delicious. We had a lovely leisure outfit to use in the room, I asked if I could buy it but unfortunately it was not for sale. I looked all over for the same type but could not find it. I think it would have been lovely to have it available for sale.

Front desk and bell service people are very nice. Very polite and professional. Most of house keepers are foreigners…so can’t compare cleaning of Japanese. But overall I was very satisfied staying this property.

Great Japanese hospitality! We’ve usually stayed in central Tokyo when we have visited Tokyo but this hotel has everything you want and is only 10 minutes from Shinagawa. Very friendly staff and lovely clean hotel with very comfortable beds!!

Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki was great. Love the location and overall environment. Hotel was clean and large. Everything was walking distance, and the place was quiet and safe. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff are amazing especially Miho. She was the superstar,helping me with my luggage's service and store them in the hotel first before sending it out. I really appreciate how kind Miho is and the hotel itself for storing my luggage. The hotel is very clean, quiet and modern. The breakfast buffet is also amazing and it's very closed to the Kawasaki station. Thank you so much guys! I really hope to come back next year.

Best Hotel in Kawasaki
Our stay was amazing as usual! We always stay here anytime we visit Tokyo...it's very convenient, location is great, and the hotel staff are always courteous and friendly! We won't stay anywhere else when we come to Tokyo...which is approximately 7-9 months per year! We will definitely return very soon!
