Had many amenities in the lobby like coffee, single use toiletries, and towels. Check in/check out was very quick and easy with kiosk with staff ready to help. Two restaurants in the building with many more nearby. Great value!

Great stay at JR-EAST Hotel Mets Yokohama

The receptionists are very helpful attending to queries and great service from the staffs. The room cleanliness is great and top notch. Good range of amenities to choose from. There’s a detailed instruction to navigate to the hotel for first time travellers, and an alternative path with direct access to Yokohama Station B1 from NEWoMan level 3 if bringing luggages. Would stay again if visiting Yokohama next time.

Super clean and new hotel. Very close to station, there is footbridge and elevator link to station and mall. supermarket just down on ground floor. the room is not big. Other than that everythings is good.
