A Classy Hotel
This is a very high end hotel for a reasonable price. They offer top notch and excellent service. Hotel is very close to Chinatown, Red Brick Warehouse and Cup Noodles Museum. Also close to a metro train. I highly recommend this hotel.

The best hotel in Japan !!! Such an amazing place to stay so clean and plenty of places to shop and walk around !! The staff was above and beyond amazing !! Loved everyone from the door man to the front desk workers I want to give a special shout out to Kaeko ❤️❤️ such a lovely girl she made our stay so special we hope to see her again when we return ! Manager was amazing to he made sure our stay was perfect and it was thank you again to all the staff at Hotel New Grand !!!!! 100/100 would stay here again ❤️😃

I have stayed at this hotel as a business traveler many times over the last 7 years. It is the best hotel in Yokohama Great location by the bay shopping Chinatown Park on the water is not be missed Great breakfasts Value is amazing compared to Tokyo which 30 minutes by metro

We like the location because of its convenience. However we were asked to pay 3000 yen for two adults, and when it was booked we assumed it was charged by the room not by the number of person. It is very confusing and never heard of in US. Hopefully the property can make future booking more clearly to everyone! Thank you.

Superb
Excellent location not far from downtown Tokyo, but close to many excellent attractions. The park right outside the hotel is a perfect place day or night to unwind. Concierge service excellent with arranging transport and ideas with experiences.

I would stay at the Hotel New Grand again. The property is immaculate. The staff very friendly. The location near the harbor and the view were phenomenal. The NORMANDIE Restaurant was very nice and we ate breakfast there each day while staying in the hotel.

Very attentive staff at a classic location. Great location next to ship terminal, park, Chinatown, and the waterfront. Excellent restraints on site, and lots of less expensive options close by. Highly recommend.
