Great staff who spoke English very well. They were very helpful making sure that our taxi driver knew where we wanted to go! Close to train station 5-7 minute walk. Would return in the future. Breakfast was extra (yen) but it was worth the money - lots of food and 3 choices (English, Chinese or Japanese style). Laundry available at decent price.

The location is very close to the train station. There is a post office across the street and a short walk. The ramen place across the street, visited by locals, is very economical.

I stayed for 6 nights and it was really amazing stay! The room is actually spacious for one person. Walkable to lots of places; restaurants, mall, and to Yokohama station. There's construction around the area, but it's not a bother at all. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. One thing though, the vending machines seems don't accept the new bills. Overall, I had a great stay, and will surely stay again here!

Great stop

Only had a short stay, 3-4 hours but the hotel fulfilled all our needs. Quick check in and the girls on front desk were very helpful and decent in understanding and speaking english. Even had a scales for last minute checking of our luggage in the lobby.

Small Room

The hotel is well located 10min from Yokohama Railway Station. Room was quite small but clean. The twin bed was pushed against the wall and thus not comfortable to get in and out for a second person. Tasty breakfast served in the downstairs stairs restaurant.

I wanted to commend the male concierge this morning. We asked if he can helped us to get a cab . We have multiple luggages and he suggested that we get a bigger cab but it will be a bit of a wait. He didn’t stop calling other cab companies not until we get a cab. He was very apologetic in the end. It’s just sad I wasn’t able to get his name
