It was very comfortable and I liked the amenities. I really like that they have free coffee, hot cocoa, and water. Very good area and 3 min walk to transportation.

Stylish, convenient, and awesome!
LOVED the stay there and wish we could’ve stayed there longer!! It had a modern atmosphere with beautiful local beach photos throughout. Super close to the Fujisawa station with a convenient store on the first floor. Happy hour free tap beer and free coffee (24h) was a nice touch. The staff was courteous, and they offered some special goodies for my toddler which made his day after a long day of traveling. Each room has a special shower head to make your skin softer which I loved. The room was small, but it didn’t bother us since we were light travelers. Very clean. Highly recommended!

駅から近く、一階にコンビニもあり便利でした。 しかし、お部屋の掃除が行き届いていなかったこと。ポットにカップラーメンの汁がついていました。 空いていなかったので喫煙のお部屋をとったのですが、今まで泊まったどのホテルよりもタバコ臭さが酷かったです。シーツも、タオル類もタバコの匂いが染み付いていて酷かったです。 換気が出来ないので、空気清浄機を使いましたが何も変わらなかったです。 一応一言、禁煙希望でしたがとれず、小さな子もいるので消臭対策していただけたらありがたいとダメ元で希望欄に記入しましたが、やはりダメ元でした。 他のホテルさんは、喫煙でももう少し消臭対策をしてるかと思うので、もう少し配慮があると嬉しかったです。他の喫煙部屋に泊まったお友達も同じことを言っていたのでどの部屋もだと思います。 又、チェックアウトの際は、目も見ず、ありがとうもなく、パソコンを動かしながら、これでチェックアウト終了です。だけ話されていました。 利便性は良いが、もう利用はしないです。

スマートチェックインとのことで2次元バーコードで手続きしようとしたら、フロントの担当者が横から入ってきてチェックインが滞った上に朝食券を発行し忘れ、朝に食堂からフロントに券の発行をしに行く事となった。 システムは良いがオペレーションが出来ていなか残念。
