Very convenient

This hotel is very close to Shin Yokohama JR station. It's super close to the Ramen Museum. And there are tons of convenience stores and restaurants in a couple of blocks. The staff there were very friendly, and the room is spacious, and clean. I enjoyed it a lot.

The building is unfathomably nice for the price. Perfwct distance from Shin Yokohama station. Very convenient. Any issue I had with the room was minor (small tv and small bathroom). Everything was clean and the staff were helpful. Everyone I talked with spoke English which is a plus for many travelers I imagine. Lively community around the hotel. Fell in love with Yokohama!

The one catch I have with this hotel is the use of the key card to activate the electricity in the room. You slide the card into a slot in the wall and the lights go on. The lights cannot be turned on and off independently. So I’d you have to get up in the night to use the washroom, you have to turn all the lights on. An the phone charging station only works with the lights on. So at night, there’s no air conditioning or phone charging. I charge my phone at night so I was surprised to find it low on charge when I needed it the most.

Comfortable and peaceful

I only stayed in this hotel for 1 night. But I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The ambience was awesome and the smell of the hotel made me feel peaceful when I sleep. I will book this hotel again if I'm coming to Shin-Yokohama again! Great stay!

Very nice hotel, well priced and a good size compared to the typical Japanese hotel room of this style. My only complaint would be the location, in that Shin-Yokohama Station is much less convenient than Yokohama Station.

おおむね良好

部屋について　少し古い印象ですが清掃はされていると思います。浴室内に、他人の髪の毛が数本残っていたのは残念でした。 朝食について　崎陽軒のシュウマイ弁当とおーいお茶の紙パックがフロントで配布されます。コーヒーももらえます。お弁当の温めは５Fに電子レンジが1台ありそこで温める必要があります。食べる場所は自身の部屋か２Fのラウンジになります。
