Pool hours will change to 9 AM to noon and 3-9 PM on weekdays from July 1 to September 30, 2025. Access to the indoor and outdoor pools is available by reservation only, throughout the period from July 15 to September 30. Guests are required to reserve a time slot at check-in. Guests can reserve one session per night and each time slot is 50 minutes.
A scheduled power outage will take place on January 18-19, 2026. All facilities that use power, including elevator and parking will not be available during this time. The restaurant, bar, and pool operation hours will be limited. Check-in time begins at 5 PM on January 19.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. My wife is a vegetarian so not quite as good a choice as it was for me.but still good. Hotel views are amazing. Close to Sakuragicho station and Minatomirai station. Yokohama is so underrated. As far as I'm concerned keep it that way. It's part of its charm. Would love to go back. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It’s a walk to figure out the entry- then your check in starts at the 20th floor. ;) the pool is open 1500-2100. And it’s only like 2ft tall outside, it’s a cool vibe though. Breakfast pretty awesome for about $23 a person. Rooms are clean, spacious and the location is great. Make sure u plan your day and route so u don’t waste time in train stations getting around is a mind game for new travelers to Japan.

Great location, but staff service can be improved. They at first assigned me a room with very poor view despite we paid for the bay view. We had to walk back down to complain about it before they are willing to switch us to another room. We even arrived earlier than check in time, so I think customer service can be improved.

The view from the room was gorgeous, being on top of MM21, we saw all the spectacular landscapes of MM21, such as the Landmark Tower, Queen’s Square, Intercontinental Hotel and Mark Is mall. The room is clean and spacious

Very clean hotel. Easy to get around. There are 2 (from what I know) big shopping plazas 2 minute walk away from the hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Staff very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. I am definitely staying here again!!
