Convenient to the passenger cruise port as well as to the train station. I highly recommend it for people flying into Japan via Hamada and leaving via the Yokohama cruise port

Stayed twice, would stay again.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is super convenient to Sakurgichu Station, connected to a shopping mall, and walkable distance to other attractions. Luggage transfer is difficult. We found out shortly before we needed to send our luggage ahead to the airport, they only do hotel to hotel, and the front desk only reffer us to 7-11, which was not helpful. When we had refridge issues, same front desk told us how to fix it ourselves and if we couldn't then they'll come up to help us. Cool to try on our own, but frustrating when we're looking for help. Less friendly than the first time we stayed, but overall a good experience, I would stay again.

Room With A View!

After a long flight to Tokyo, we always stay here to give ourselves a break on our trip down to Osaka and we're never disappointed. Excellent Japanese style breakfast buffet for a minimal fee and right next to a train station, convenience store, and several shopping malls. The best feature of this hotel is the beautiful view of the Ferris wheel at night from your hotel room!
