A hostel with hotel prices. Sharing washrooms and tiny shower down one floor. Steep narrow stairs, nothing for older folks. Poor soundproofing from street below and room next door. Location was good next to train station and some sightseeing. Kamakura is a lovely place, but this accommodation was a rip off.

部屋は写真では素敵に見えましたが、そこに着いて周りを見回すと、すべての素敵な木がすべてに貼られたビニールステッカーであることに気付くでしょう。 部屋はトイレのすぐ隣にあり、そこに置かれた壁はかなり貧弱で、トイレにまっすぐ通る隙間がありました。あなたは何でも見ることができます、または少なくとも私はそうしようとしませんでした。しかし、トイレで起こったすべてのことが聞こえました。 部屋のドアは内側からロックされず、部屋の外側から少しの努力で誰かが簡単にドアを通り抜けることができます。実際のロック機構は、あなたが部屋にいる間、他の誰かが簡単に行うことができ、外に出るために財産に損害を与えなければならない可能性があります。 全体的に場所は便利でした。私が抱えていた唯一の本当の問題は、他のゲストからその場所で起こったすべてのことを聞くことでした。

Friendly staff made my stay so comfortable. Felt like going back home or visiting my grandma. This nostalgia old Japanese house located less than one minute away from Hase station. Lots of attractive, unique shops, restaurants, cafes nearby. Beach is short walk, and many historical places to visit.

チェックインの時間を遅くに変更していただきました。ありがとうございます。GoogleMAPからだと施設に辿り着けないため、長谷駅降りてすぐ左に行くとよいです。部屋について早々、ゴキブリが出て大騒動になりました。スタッフの方とレストランの方が対応してくださりましたが、気分が悪くなりました。部屋は1番奥の広い部屋で寝具もタオルも清潔でした。隣部屋との壁は薄く会話も丸聞こえでした。子供を連れての宿泊だったので、隣の人が騒いだりする人だったら、、と思うとゾッとしました。あと、部屋の扉が開け閉めするためギーギーと不快な音を立てるため出入りに気を使いました。子連れの方、潔癖な方は向きません。

호텔 위치는 좋았습니다. 토요일 체크인이였는데 시간제한이 있는 줄 몰랐네요. 그게 좀 불편하긴 했지만 교통편리하고 번잡하지않은 곳이여서 잘 쉬었습니다. 시설은 좀 낙후되긴했지만 깨끗해서 큰 불편감 없었습니다.

子供2人を含む、家族4人で宿泊しました。子供達もとても楽しく過ごせ、また泊まりたいと言うほど良い時間を過ごせました。 ◯よかった点 長谷駅から徒歩1分以内、浜辺まで徒歩3分ほどというロケーションの良さ。 スタッフの方が非常に親切。英語も対応可。 古民家をリノベーションしていて風情があり、インテリアなどもとてもハイセンス。 布団がふかふかで、よく眠れた。 ◯気になった点 スタッフは常時いるわけではないので、何かあったら電話するように言われたが、 困ったことがあって電話しても出ないことがあり、一階のレストランの方に声をかけたら対応してもらえたが、少し不安だった。 早朝と夜遅くは電話が英語対応のみなので、日本語で安心してコミュニケーションを取りたい方は時間帯に注意。 古民家の各部屋が客室となっているため、音はかなり響きやすい。

スタッフ対応や部屋の清掃は行き届いており問題ないと思います。 古民家と言うよりは古い戸建てをそれらしく写真映えするように要所要所改装したという印象です。 特に気になった点は、エントランス周りの雑然とした感じ(民家の勝手口に看板をつけたような形で、ホントにここから入るの？という不安感)、宿の住人の私物と思われる物置や、玄関では下駄箱に仕舞われてない靴など、第一印象はよくはないです。 また、部屋の鍵ですがしっかりとしまりません。引戸に後から無理矢理取り付けた簡易なもので、廊下から覗ける程度の隙間がもれなくあき、廊下の電気が眩しいですし、人が通る度に視線が室内に向けられないか落ち着きません。薄い壁一枚を隔てて廊下や共用トイレ、洗面、廊下越しにはすぐ他の部屋があるため、足音や生活音もかなりします。 お風呂場はいわゆる一般家庭のお風呂が共用施設としてあり ましたが、前に誰かが入ったようで散らかっており、掃除用具もないですし、湯船には入る気にはなりません。シャワーは快適に使えましたしオーガニックのシャンプー等が置いてあったので問題はなかったです。ただ、受付の真横にあるので受付にスタッフがいる時の利用は少し気が引けます。 大仏や長谷寺、海岸にもに近くて便利ですし、値段が日によって大きく変わりますが、安く泊まれる日でこの辺りの事情(施設面の期待値)を理解している人であれば、昨今のホテル代高騰の中、リーズナブルなのではないかと思います。 たまたまなのか、割りと高い日でしたので(1.5万程度)それであればきれいなビジホとかを探しても良かったかなと思いました。

チェックイン時に、設備など丁寧に説明していただきました。 歴史のある建物なので壁は薄いです。 私は疲れていたので爆睡でしたが、繊細な方は気になるかもしれません。 受付に「ご自由にどうぞ」の耳栓ありましたので、使うといいかもしれないです。 ベッドがすべすべで寝心地最高でした。 他にもありがたかったのが、何時でも外出可能なことです！ ホテルの駐車場はありませんが、近くで駐車場を貸し出している家があります。 別サイトで事前予約しておいたので、700円以下で夕方～10:00まで駐車できました。 ご参考までに！
