This location cannot be beat. You feel like royalty entering the hotel with elegantly dressed staff who are professional and helpful. Our room on the 12 floor was very spacious and clean, but a bit tired and in need of an update. I picked this hotel specially for the view of the Ferris wheel and park. It did not disappoint! We enjoyed the evening light show sitting in the huge window area and watching it as the world’s largest clock! Yokohama is a very beautiful, walkable, modern city. We really enjoyed the Cup of noodles museum and time in Asia’s largest Chinatown.

Staying at the Yokohama Bay Hotel was a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and spotless and we loved the explanation for the eco-friendly options in our room. The views from the room were beautiful, we looked out over the Ferris wheel, water and city. We were able to walk to 2 train stations that took us where we wanted to go! And coming back in the evening was never crowded or overwhelming! 10/10 would recommend staying here! ♥️

The hotel was lovely. Perfectly located for tourists! Our room had an amazing view of the Yokahama foreshore and theme park! Just beautiful. The staff were lovely but would have been good if they all understood English. Very hard to converse. Thank goodness for Google Translate 😉

Great stay

Great location: easy access to shopping, dining and train station. Friendly and attentive staffs. Great bay view, comfortable room and the triple room's bathroom was amazing!! We loved it!!

My husband and I just finished our cruise and stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. The hotel is walkable fr the cruise port but we took a taxi which costs only abt $6-$7. The area is very nice and is surrounded by many shopping/food spots and walkable to various attractions. The hotel staff were amazing. I needed help in making a reservation for the Limousine bus to the airport and they assisted me right away. Our room is spacious with a balcony. The view is beautiful at night. We had a lovely time at this hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at Yokohama Bay hotel! Fantastic location with metro and mall attached to property! So central for day trips. We will be staying there on our next visit to Yokohama! Breakfast was very nice as well.

It was my own fault for booking the deluxe twin city view. There was no view, the toilet was old and faucet on the sink had to be turned several times before the water came out. They came to fix the problem and it was slightly better after that. My previous stays had included a fabulous view and an automatic toilet. Hopefully, I will be able to see the colorful illuminated Ferris wheel when I return on the 28th. They are holding my two large suitcases for me.
