The listed facility fee charged for swimming pool access only applies from July 1 to September 30, 2023. The listed fee is for adults ages 20 and older. The fee is JPY 4,000 for guests ages 16-19, and JPY 2,000 for ages 6-15. There are no fees for ages 5 and under.
This property's pool is open daily from 9 AM to 6PM (last entry 5 PM) and 7-9 PM (last entry 8 PM). Children ages 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Only guests ages 20 and older are allowed for 7-9 PM session. Starting April 1, 2024, the optional pool fee varies from 500 to 4000 JPY per person, per pool session. Spacious rooms with a very nice Harbour view, I stayed in room 2026 this time and can’t fault it. It’s a corner room with amazing view of the Harbour and the park. Breakfast options were also amazing. Would stay again!

My 2nd trip to Yokohama and chose the Yokohama Bay Hotel this time. Wonderful choice! The staff was extremely helpful and many spoke English. The location was ideal within Yokohama. The rooms were modern and spacious with great views. For those that havent visited, the levels beneath tge hotel and streets are me mega malls with stores and restaurants and easy to follow directions to subways. There is also easy bus transport from the hotel to the airports. Next time I'm in Yokohama I will stay here again.

Highly recommended for travelers to stay in Yokohama as there is a shuttle bus from Haneda to the door of hotel. The view from the room is magnificent. Walkable to all the attractions. Mall is behind the hotel with plentiful restaurants and shops. Will definitely go back.

My room was spacious and loved the view of the harbor and amusement park from the balcony. The changing colors of the Ferris wheel was mesmerizing but could easily close the curtains and black it out.. and not hear the excitement from the roller coaster which was fun. The soaking tub was perfect and spending two days here before leaving Japan was the best way to end two weeks exploring the country. The convenience of the attached mall and surrounding shops and noodles museum was great too. The staff was friendly and would definitely stay here again.
