Sheets, towels, and room were dirty. One member of the staff was very rude to us when we expressed our concerns. I didn’t yell or get angry, I just said we had dirty towels and sheets and he couldn’t believe I would say that. It was a horrible experience to stay here and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

When we went to check in the staff spoke limited english, they talked between themselves ignoring us as they stumbled to find a room. Other employees were standing around there chatting amongst themselves. Checkin took around 20 minutes and we were the only people at the front desk. unoranized.

Good stay but only in remodeled rooms
Booked here last minute and had a special request for our specific room. Although check-in took a bit (a party in front of us and the front desk person was quite slow), we got just the right room. We were nervous about the room condition since another couple came by while we were at the desk and angrily set their room keys down saying “The room was awful and we aren’t staying.” I think they got a not-remodeled-yet room - ours was lovely and looked quite new. The hallways were a mess, however. Saw signs of lots of remodeling happening.

There is extensibe renovation going on in the rooms. Plenty of noise and dirt. Side doors do not lock. I stay there because Apple Bees is in the hotel. Otherwise i would drive on down the road.
