Very clean room, bathroom exceptionally clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was unbelievable so many choices. Amazing hotel amazing city.

Staff on reception were pleasant and the dining room staff worked hard. Breakfast needs improvement. Sausages poor, bacon good but only scrambled egg every day Room was spacious but housekeeping was awful. Bins were emptied but beds were never made other than by us. Coffee & tea were never replenished and the carpet never saw a vacuum cleaner.

Convenient location. Rooms attractively furnished & clean but uncomfortably cold both in room & in the bar. Nice big TV. Breakfast was poor selection & low quality & served in chilly bar (but as it's complimentary you can plan to go elsewhere). On balance good value & would stay again.
