Fantastic hotel!! Recommend to stay at.

My family had a fantastic time at the Hampton by Hilton York hotel. Everything was amazing. Rooms are spacious and very clean and smell good. It is a new hotel. Service was fantastic. The hotel offers a very good breakfast that is included in the stay. The hotel is a block away from the old city. I would like to thank hotel staff for such amazing job that made our stay exceptional.

I couldn’t believe the bed was so low to the ground, very uncomfortable. My grandson was on the sofa bed and that was much more comfortable. Very disappointed for our first visit to a Hilton hotel.

Not bad but not good either

Hotel is good however the bed was quite uncomfortable. Breakfast time was manic, staff should put rope's up to let guests know where to queue for the self serve area as it was an unorganised free for all, people muscling in while we were trying to get food.
