Firstly, hotel is very central but not worth the money. We paid nearly £400 for 2 nights B&B. Breakfast was not the usual Hilton standard and quite poor. Parking was an additional £30 per night. Our total spend being £460.

Nice stay but could have better.

Nice Hotel overall. Was able to use the valet service to park which was straight forward. We arrived early but the room was ready so we had an earlier check in. Room clean and glad of air conditioning as it was very hot when we went. Didn't use the restaurant or the bar but did look nice. Table lamp not working but we managed without. Tea and coffee making facilities available but is stored on a shelf under the desk so not easy to get out. Not a lot of places for clothes etc. but we were only there for 2 nights so it would only be a problem if you were staying longer. Wardrobe had iron and ironing board and large safe so not much hanging space. Only 1 shelf for other clothes. Shower could have been better. Not very powerful and not a lot of room to move about. We paid extra for the balcony but although the view was nice, there was no privacy between us and the other rooms just a railing. When they were sitting outside they were extremely close so we ended up not sitting out there at all. A partition of some sort should be in place if you want to sit outside at the same time. This was disappointing because of the nice weather we feel we missed out, especially with the extra cost. The staff at reception were very helpful and professional. We didn't have contact with any of the other staff during our visit.

Brilliant location and really helpful and friendly staff. Was disappointed that the room didn't have air conditioning, particularly as it was the hottest day of the year when we visited. Also the room didn't have a mini fridge. Glasses weren't changed when the room was serviced.

Comfortable and clean Hotel. Stayed in Superior room at front - a bit noisy till late. Odd to be charged £20 for breakfast if didnt book - £15.50 if booked night before!??

The location was super convenient and centralized, so we were able to do everything by walking. The staff was flexible and helpful - we got in in a time crunch (we were rushing to make a walking ghost tour), and they let us park our car and run out to the tour without any fuss. It was greatly appreciated and made our evening!

Beautiful location, lovely hotel and staff. Notice displayed upon arrival of a wedding party with music until midnight, and I wish them congratulations, but why was my double room the one with the window looking out on to the out door area of the wedding reception. I don't expect them to be quiet for such an occasion but surely the room could have been allocated to a member of the wedding party and we could have got a quieter location in the hotel. Thats my only frustration as it was impossible to sleep until very late.
