Room was smelling and we showed it to the hotel staff. We requested to change the room, but they said they don’t have any other room available and will give us discount. Then there is no discount also provided. Pathetic.

The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant. We rented the family suite which includes a queen bed in a separate room. However, that separate room has heating but not air conditioning. We had to ask for a fan to draw the cooler air from the main area into the separate bedroom.
