I like the pool . For my 2 year is the last portion of the slide was so much fun for her ! Pool area was clean . Breakfast was good .. sausage , eggs, tater tots, yogurt , cereal. Good selection. Rooms are clean and comfy. Kitchenette room was spacious for me and my 2 year old.

Was told I’d have a crib but didn’t get one. There was hair in the bathroom on the wall which was pretty gross. Requested to have my bedding changed and they just re made the bed even though there was clearly pizza all over the bedding.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but this hotel needs some love. There was no shower curtain in our room, which my 82yr old mother-in-law didn't find out until she was naked in the shower. The bathroom floor and the hallways were dirty, most things needed a paint job or touch up, the ice machines are coated with hard water build up. The breakfast was very basic.

I found that there was no salt or ice melt outside of the hotel, which could prevent someone from slipping. Our room apoeared to be clean. But there was black narks on the walls ,stains on the carpet. They need to have a better selection of tea in the cafeteria, not everyone drinks coffee. I also found the carpets were not vaccumed downstairs and by the elevator and inside the elevator.

This is a very nice hotel where we have stayed many times. It is clean but the carpets need cleaning as do the floors. They are very accommodating.
