Gross ass hotel

Front reception was not friendly at all. Hotel smells. Bathroom floor was sticky. Our room was right beside another entrance and there was a door slamming all night. We checked in late evening and have a toddler, otherwise I would have insisted on another room or got a refund and gone to another hotel. I chose this hotel because it claimed to be "family friendly". Spend the extra $40 and stay at the Holiday Inn. Trust me.

We had a disastrous hotel in Hinton so this was a breath of fresh air. It was clean and in a decent area. Lots of workers staying for the week for jobs.

Big room. Good value

Fantastic value. Very large, comfortable room with living area (couch, chairs) plus a king size bed. The plumbing was a little loud. But the property was clean, inviting and staff friendly during check in. During check out (just handing in the keys) they must have been busy with other tasks because it wasn't so friendly. Still a good night's stay. I The tub was a little slippery and there was no grab bar if you were standing. got the best sleep of the trip so far here.

Hotel has great access and decent parking lot. The lot may be undersized compared to rooms offered as we had to park in adjoining unrelated lot. Hotel was close to capacity but lot capacity was exceeded. But I’d stay again

Great spot, limited waterslide

Great location and rooms! Only issue is they don’t open the waterslide until 2pm so if you use the morning before check out, no slide for you :(

Breakfast hours are too early for visitors on vacation. The waterslide only being opened on weekends was a major disappointment - possibly considering the number of disclosed children staying at the facility to schedule the waterslide would be favourable. We picked this hotel for a family trip with a total of 5 kids - and one of the major factors we chose it was the waterslide. Other than those 2 things, facility was clean, the water and coffee being accessible was a plus and the staff was lovely.

First off my search for pet friendly hotels yielded, the Quality Inn as one of the pet friendly hotels l. Wrong! Due to a policy change they no longer except pets. After driving all day late into the night I was left scrambling to find a room for the night. I blame Expedia for there lack of attention to the little details to that effect travelers
