Rooms are getting pretty run down . Coffee was cold at the breakfast. Breakfast was little to be desired. Room was clean. No chairs around the pool only 3 for the hole area. It’s not the place it was a few years ago .

Room was fine and staff was good. The biggest concern is that the pool was down due boiler problem. This wkd was for Esterhazy U7 hockey team tournament in Yorkton SK and the pool was the reason we chose this hotel. We had to leave the hotel and go to the Gallagher Centre (community indoor pool). This hotel was overpriced for this wkd already and not being able to have pool time for the kids was a huge letdown!!

From the moment we checked in, we were not welcomed. Figured it was because we were with a hockey team. We were rudely presented with a lengthy list of rules, that’s the first I’ve ever seen something like this being a hockey mom for 16 years. The security followed our children around assuming they were all up to no good. The rooms were gross, the staff were awful, the pool had our kids toes torn up from the tiles and we were getting complaints from the front desk when our kids were quietly watching a movie in one of our rooms while other teams were screaming and running around. I hated the fact that our manager booked this hotel to begin with after seeing photos and reviews but was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. Never again!!!

The room was in great condition. We loved the hot tub and fireplace. Still disappointed that the pool is not functioning every New Year’s Eve. Always down for maintenance. We have family members that might like to come to Yorkton on New years Eve with us but if they are going to pay for a hotel it must have a pool for their kids to enjoy. The packed breakfast just isn’t right. I didn’t appreciate it last year and this year it was worse. I for one cannot eat bagels - they are too dense for my stomach/system. This year there was boiled eggs in a bag … they smelled horrible and had a brown liquid all around them. I have a picture if you would like me to send it to you. Also the bread and bagel in one of our bags was just shoved into the same large ziploc bag with the yogurt, apple and orange. One of the apples is full of bruises (also have a picture). For A large chain of hotels like Quality Inn I would expect more. A bag breakfast is just not acceptable - especially when it’s not being packed properly.
