I called hotel and canceled the first scheduled night and thought I had the insurance to make changes but I was charged for the 3 nights because I didn’t make the reservation change through Expedia
The hotel was nice but the lady at the desk(Mariana) was rude and very unprofessional. The bed was noisy and the pillows were way too flat. The rest was really nice but it seems like they skimped on something’s to make other parts high.
Absolutely awful stay. To my own fault, I booked a handicap accessible room. Minor inconvenience. However, in my 9 day stay, I had no hot water for 7. Told the front desk 3 different times before they sent repair service. Asked to be moved and they said they couldn't. Couldn't get a refund because I booked through hotels.com. Lessons learned but don't stay here!
Front reception needs to learn how to greet guest. They’re the first person to represent the business, should be greeted with a smile and hello. It’s free to be nice. Each time I approach the desk which was only twice, once to check in and last to check out. The same chick don’t greet/speak with a hello, you have to speak first no good morning, how was your stay, do you need anything etc. she need to work on her customer service because that alone would make me think twice about staying there. The room was very clean(loved this)beds are not comfortable though and the smell in the hallway was TERRIBLE!!!!!!
Pretty clean but very low budget. No box springs on beds, so they are pretty low to the floor. Walls and ceiling are paper then. You could hear every door step or door shutting above us. Very distracting.
The place is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, and quiet. The laundry room has 5 washer and 8-10 dryers! Completely cash free property unless you need some laundry soap and you need your own quarters.
Was told cleaning of rooms down NOT occur during stay only every 2 weeks. We stayed for a one week period....does that mean room does not get cleaned before nest stay. asked for extra pillows and was told we could not have any, limit was 2 per person. asked for clean towels and because room is only cleaned every 2 weeks I had to bring all my dirty towels to front desk for exchange. Also was told we are responsible for emptying trash, but you would provide new trash bags ( wow what great service) The pillows provided were very thin and not comfortable at all. I probably was only able to sleep 6 hours the entirety of my stay. Will not recommend anyone to stay here.
