I liked that the hotel had availability. When all other hotels were booked. I booked the room for 5 people. And they only gave 2 towels. The laundry didnt have soap, even to purchase. The response to that was to deal with it until tomorrow. No extra pillows in am entire hotel?

Big sign in the parking lot seems to indicate cars are not safe when parked in the lot. Torn carpet in the room. Lacking towels in the room. Electrical outlet falling out of the wall near bed table. Funky smell in the room. Weak snd unreliable wifi.

Our tv remote wouldn’t work, our telephone didn’t work, there was mold in the bathroom and the floor mat by the shower was all ripped up with holes in it. Throughout the night I was hearing alarms, ringing and we were the last room on the hallway so I didn’t get much sleep

I found the property overall to be clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed to have to search form floor to floor to find an ice machine that worked. West & Main restaurant a block away was very good. The Underground Lounge downstairs was lots of fun. I was not impressed with the breakfast. The fruit should have been tossed days ago.

3rd time here . Perfect location near concert venue. The only complaint this time was very little hot water or water pressure. This had not be a problem in our other two stays

Never made it in the door Not in a nice looking area. Nowhere to park on street near hotel to check in to get access key to rear parking lot. Wound up getting another hotel across town. Lost our money on this hotel but definitely worth it to not have to stay there.

The Rock Arena experience 🎤

It is a beautiful hotel close to a lot of restaurants and Robin’s theater is walking distance. Our room was very quiet and relaxing. Check in/out was very easy. Staff was very friendly. Had some difficulties with the TV and lost $30 in food because didn’t realize the refrigerator was turned off. But with that said, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Disappointed

We reserved a room back in December for a night for a concert. Very disappointed because the TV and the refrigerator didn't work and in the first room so they upgraded us to a double King and the TV didn't work in that room either until the front desk person came to the room and had to fix it and it took forever. The shower had issues too. Rooms were clean but too many issues for a return stay.
