Front desk agent was very nice and took the extra time to show us the way to our rooms. Rooms are spacious and the bed is clean and comfy. Overall good value for the price.
Trying to check in at 9.30 pm after a long drive and no one is at the front desk. A guy in mid 30 walked out in an underwear and jacket saw me and stood looking at me and vanished. Called 4 times and no one answered. Waiting for someone after 25 minutes
As soon as we got there it took forever to check in which was fine, then we got to our room which didn’t have a working tv, lights, or door lock, so we had to get a different room which was also fine, the last straw was when they gave someone else our room we were currently in and someone walked in on us at 2 in the morning and nearly gave us a heart attack, I checked out a day before my stay ended and asked for a refund and I think they said they would give it to me just to get me to leave and just printed out a receipt and handed it to me, when they should have been refunding me for my stay. I’m very upset about the entire experience.
Expedia needs to do a better job of cracking down on hotels that have a few snacks and some juice, being able to advertise themselves as serving "breakfast". Everything was out on both days I went to the breakfast bar.
The room was very dirty. The floors under the furniture has not been swept in probably years seeings there was ashes under the couch. The floors probably have not been mopped in years either. The wall is cracked badly around the light socket in the bathroom. The security latch on the door is broken.
Bathroom was dingy and dirty! Stains on walls throughout room. Bedding was stained. The bed literally had you sleeping downhill on your head! Had no hand towels but had 3 remote controls though! Smelled like weed! Was glad to see there are alot of other options to stay next time in the area.
Worst lodging experience I have ever had. Called ahead of time for a late check in and they said it was no issue. Apparently, a large group of people checked in before we arrived. We arrived at 9pm and were given a room. When I opened the door the lights were off, bed sheets everywhere and pieces of the bed frame on the floor. I shut the door immediately. I requested another room. The second room had 0 electricity. I talked to the workers and then they seemed to scramble for 15 min trying to find another room. They took us to the third room which was dirty and had an awful smell. We looked at one more room and this one was dirty as well. We felt unsafe and grossed out. By this point we came to terms with the facts that any mediocre rooms were given to other people even though I confirmed my check in before arriving. We ended up booking a reservation at the Hampton Inn for the night at 10:30 pm. The Hampton Inn was well worth the money and the safety. I am unhappy that I did not receive a refund and very disappointed in the experience.
Basic room if that's all you're looking for. Limited towels, pillows, blankets. Some lights were not working. Room was unfinished - missing molding around new flooring. No breakfast was offered - "only for the group" that was there, but advertised as breakfast included. Bad coffee.
They put us in an area not yet renovated and it was FILTHY. Peeling wallpaper, a/c didn’t work, DAMP CARPET and an overwhelming smell of urine. We stopped late at night to sleep on our way through because we thought it would be more comfortable than sleeping in our vehicle at a rest stop. Boy were we wrong. $70 dollars for less than 10 hours and it was like flushing money down the toilet. Worst experience and enough to make us avoid Wyndham indefinitely.
