There were some issues with the room safety, but it served exactly what I needed. My place was having some development work done, so I had a restful sleep.

The room had a stale cigarette smell. There were 4 light fixtures that did not work making the room dim. The handle to flush the toilet was hanging off the side and one of the electrical outlets did not work. The room could use a little updating as well.

The door card reader was falling off, Very old insides. When I got to the room there were two doors leading into the room. One coming in from the outside was unlocked. Room was clean, staff was very kind,

Not worth the price tag.

A/C didn’t work. They switched me rooms. Still didn’t work. Just an older non remodeled hotel, lots of things broken. Lots of areas dirty, hallways smelled like smoke. They seemed to be confused on what rooms were smoking or not smoking, they put me in a smoking with no working air, told me it was non smoking. Then argued with me. Room had cigarette burns everywhere and 3 ashtrays. Screams smoking to me. Tried it cause it was the only hotel in that area under 135. Should have just spent the 135.

I thought the place was pretty clean. We did find lip gloss on the floor between the bed and nightstand. We also found a nail that came off someone’s finger.

The bed was very uncomfortable and sunk towards the middle, and the rooms look like something out of the 1970s. The only good thing was a nice big screen TV. The toilet wobbled. And there was no elevator to second floor.

The beds felt like they were just springs. Very uncomfortable. The door to the outside patio area did not lock we had to deadbolt and put the slider on you could still push it open. We had a nonsmoking room but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When we turned on the air it got even worse. The smell is intense. The furniture in the room was so filthy it had obvious streaks of multicolored mystery. Luckily we only needed it for a few hours sleep not that it was restful. On the plus side it was cheap. I also kinda love the 70’s aesthetic. I thought maybe it was intentionally retro but I think it just hasn’t been updated since then given the dinosaur of a thermostat.
