Terrible hotel! No blankets, broken toilet paper holder, light switches installed incorrectly, breakfast was limited, and smells bad. Do not stay here! Baymont should be ashamed their name is on this hotel.

My room was extremely small, not what I reserved. Unregistered people in the lobby and parking lot for hours at a time. One such person made disparaging comments regarding my clothing. Management was informed. No action was taken.

Unsafe Disaster

Checked in on July 9 at 9:30 pm. Had to call the hotel number until someone answered to check me in at the front desk. I was checked into room 217. The side entrance doors to the hotel were propped open with rocks, so they wouldn’t close and be locked. People were loitering inside and outside of the building in groups blocking certain areas. The room wasn’t cleaned from the previous resident. The bed wasn’t made, dirty towels were thrown everywhere, trash was everywhere, the bed sheets were stained along with drug paraphernalia and used condoms. The deadbolt lock was broken off the wall and wasn’t able to be used. The door lock wouldn’t lock from the inside, so it couldn’t be tested to make sure it locked properly. Im a 24 yr old female traveling alone and was petrified!

Run away

Run away. No fridge, no safe, disgusting shower. Kids were screaming and banging on doors all night.

The outside looks very nice. Our room was very outdated. The security lock on the door was broke off. I went to get a bath and a huge thick spider was crawling across the top of the bath. The bathtub has no stop to hold water. The toilet has brown stains running all down the back of the toilet. There were nice dove bottles of soaps but I went to use them and they were empty!!! My 17 year old piled furniture in front of both doors because she felt unsafe because the door safety latch was ripped off. The bed had stains. For the price of 190 I would most definitely expect something better. The staff was nice and check in was quick.

Hallways are extremely hot coming through the side doors and hallway smell very bad like mildew and air freshener to try to cover up the bad smells. The beds were so close together that I couldn’t even walk between them.

Things in my room didn’t work! I was there for my sons wedding. The morning of, my outlets in the bathroom did not work. I reported it but no one came before I had to leave. I work in property management, if you want it to be a desirable place, replace the hallway carpets! The smell is not good. Once you are in the rom it’s tolerable. I plan on returning to Ohio as my son resides there but not sure I would choose your hotel. People are complaining about the smell and it is bad and the air freshener worse. Anyway, people were nice but that will not make it with the smell.

No guide for Tv, no plug for bathtub, paperthin blankets, toilet made annoying noise, no menus for nearby takeout, NO SOAP, didnt know where ice machine was, breakfast LESS than desirable, VERY limited!!!! No DO not Disturb sign, beds pushed up against wall!!! The only outlet in the room was hidden behind a bed!!! When asking desk clerk about plug for bathtub, pretty sure he had NO idea what I was talking about!! WAY overpriced for such ridiculousness!!!! Two positives: comfortable beds ( if u didnt kill yourself trying to get in and out of them), and amazing shower!!! Oh and room smelled clean.

Was disappointed that there were no available ports in the room to charge my phone and tablet. Only available ports were down in the breakfast area. Also needs better options for breakfast, frozen egg that had to be heated in the microwave was discussing, no breakfast meats at all.
