The fact that the "parking garage" AKA open parking deck doesn't connect to the hotel via elevator and no staff related that info and I walked from the deck with bags to the front door when I could have off loaded my bags there. So ridiculous and very inconvenient!

Very nice hotel! Old building with great renovations. Comfortable beds. When I checked in they said we could not have a king sized bed as booked because they didn't have any available but I booked a king, not a huge deal just heads up if you book on Expedia. They have a water bottle filling station in the gym which was awesome. Gym was very nice even had a peleton. Restaurant and bar downstairs was great

Excellent rooms. Parking is 12 bucks but easy self service in and out with room card. Some small things that irked were thin towels and one ply toilet paper (i mean really?). Beds were super comfy and rooms large. The building itself is very cool with awesome super large hallways and ceilings. I appreciated too the security with 24 hour elevator controlled by the room card. There is no breakfast but there is an excellent diner a block and a half away though it didnt open till 8 AM. All in all a good experience for the price that could use just a bit of improvement in the small details.

The property itself is lovely. But I could not get the moisturizer pump to pump out any moisturizer. I twisted it and pushed it all sorts of ways. That was disappointing.

The room was fine. Clean. We could hear the outside music from the restaurant downstairs. Not necessary since it was cold and no one was eating outside. Breakfast and parking were said to be included. You had to pay for both. Our room had very little hot water. Front desk apathetic. The free coffee only had fake milk. The half and half in the room was rotten.

Room key did not work. Rode the elevator a few trips to get that to work. Even though you cannot access the guest floors, housekeeper was instrumental to assist, however it was a pain going up and down to get it done. At check in the hotel advised that I could park in the lot next door. They did not have space to park at check in though there is a lot. It leads off to an unknown parking area that has signs for private parking and no sign for the hotel. After the first night, I was not able to access the elevator to go back to my room. Upon speaking with the receptionist I was supposed to be out of the room and it was reserved for someone else. After showing the hotel.com receipt for 2 days, she advised that there was no reservation number on the receipt or any confirmation from hotels.com. Eventually she put me back in the room with our bags however we were late leaving for a prior engagement. Nice hotel, convenient, but several issues need to be addressed.
