The staff at check in was very nice. The property was clean. The problem I had is the level of cleaning they do in the rooms. This is a pet friendly hotel, the standards for cleaning rooms should be a little better. There was a napkin between the head board and the mattress, that had animal hair on it. When I turned on the heat, it released all the pet hair and dander. Long story short, if you don’t have allergies to pet hair and you are traveling with an animal, this is a great place.

The room was filled with spiders and bedbugs there Was a gap in the main door that was big enough, where are my whole finger can fit through it, the curtain did not close all the way, and other guest could literally walk by and look straight into my room leaving no privacy, there was a bunch of guys I assume from one of the other rooms just hanging out outside being very loud while smoking marijuana and cigarettes

Not a bad stay by any means! The room could’ve been just a bit more cleaner, but I have no issues with anything else! I still tipped housekeeping because I work in hotels and I understand what it’s like. Keep up the good work!

Over all the stay was equivalent for the price. The bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. The room smelled like cigarettes. When we turned on the air conditioner black ash flew out of the unit. My husband used the toilet and it clogged after one use. Other than those issues, we had an okay stay.

The room was dirty, I found a dog collar and hair on the little couch. Not to mention the smell and 3 flies. I’m not the one to judge, I guess people live in these rooms for long periods of time and if that’s the case the company needs to keep up on the cleanliness of the property or separate them from the people who are actually staying for a day or two. I slept in the car.

I don't know who rates this place a 10. It smelled so smokey in our room. Cigarette burns on toilet seat and tub. No toilet paper, tissue. This is the bare minimum in lodging. I couldn't tell what was remodeled in our room. Bed looked like from the 60s as did a weird corner chair? So did the bedding. We were a little concerned about safety and security of our vehicle. People hung around outside.
