Besides being really close to the main highway, and some ambient noise that creates, the property is quite lovely and the rooms are very nice. The problem is that the service is atrocious. You wait several minutes to get served (and we weren't the only guests commenting), you have to go the bar to get a drink, and besides one individual, the entire front desk is rather salty. In addition, there was room service food left outside someone's room door for two days and none of the staff could take the time to pick it up. I also think we may have been overcharged for poolside drinks one day as the same drink cost less at the other bar. To summarize, it now makes perfect sense as to why this property gets lower reviews and is not a Michelin property like a similar property down the street.

Great hotel but they need to work on better service! Very chaotic breakfast experience- also they say it’s free breakfast but they charge you $70/day resort fee which is outrageously high compared to other similar hotels.
