The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

Riad Zara was a devine oasis. The staff were helpful, kind and friendly. The room was clean, with a magical quantity, making me feel like some sort of Moroccan prince. The old town can be a bit hetic, with the bustle of the souk at your doorstep. But upon entering Riad Zara it all disappeared, and i was wrapped in a blanket of colors and calm. I highly recommend Riad Zara for anyone who is looking for a touch of bohemian class in there visit to Marrakech.

Friendly staff greet you to a fabulous oasis just a few minutes from all the main attractions. Would recommend to everyone

Great

The hotel is in a great part of town - Hivernage. Very walkable area with easy access to airport and all the must see tourist destinations. If you can afford it buy the half board plan which includes buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner à la carte ( you only have to pay for drinks. The hotel staff is wonderful since the moment that you check in and the offer a mint tea & sweets that was very much appreciated after a long flight ✈️ day. The 3 pools are wonderful and climatized to be cool & refreshing. Adult & children's pool separate and a pool for club lounge guests on the second floor. The breakfast buffet was extensive and there is literally something for everyone.

For our first trip to Marrakech, we could not have asked for a better Riad than Palais Tara. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a family feeling, coziness and intricate hospitality. The room was wonderful with its antique feeling and warmth but the star of the property is the staff. For the 5 days we were there, Hasna, Ikram and the restaurant staff were simply wonderful to us and always made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. It is literally a stone's throw of a walk to Jemaa El Fnaa (I found a shortcut through Hasna). If I really had to nitpick on something, it is that the property does not have an ironing board/iron in the rooms. Other than that, I would without hesitation return to Palais Tara.
