Seemed to be some kind of animal fecal matter on one of the beds! Handicap sink to high for me to reah the sink even when I wheeled under it. Water was cold never heated up.

The pool and hot tub are both closed. There is no elevator to the second floor. It was 103° during our stay. There is a big step at our door that I’ve tripped on coming in and going out. The hotel is in poor repair. I won’t stay here again and your hotels are my “go to”.

Nice Place to Stay
My 2 night weekend stay at the Best Western Yuba City was very nice. The building was quiet and I could not hear any nearby vehicle traffic in my room. The front desk employess were friendly and explained all the hotel amenities very well. It was easy to find parking on the property. My room was very clean. Beds were comfortable too. Housekeeping staff were very efficient and friendly. I did have breatfast in the lobby. The buffet had something for every taste and a kind host. I would stay again for my next trip.

A solid overnight stay.

I felt the staff was very accommodating. We showed up to check-in a little early they didn't have a room ready and they were able to let my husband work in the breakfast room for his Zoom call he needed to take. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We will stay here again.

The front desk was very nice both in the evening and morning. The room was ok. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The tub though would not drain quickly causing pooling. All the gym cardio equipment did not work and there were no dumbbells. The breakfast was nice.
