We needed first floor accommodation and the exterior wet stairs in the dark were too scary for us to utilize. The proprietor said we would no be charged if we went somewhere else and we did.

The room with a King Bed was perfect. The motel appears like it has been here for quite a few years. However, everything was well maintained like the nice bathroom, the A/C, the curtains and bedding. Outside of our room was the roomy parking area, full of flowers in bloom. The owner gave us good choices for near-by dinner restaurants. On check-out there was fresh whole fruit, coffee and kindness.

Friendly service and excellent room.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. After the first stay in the Colusa area, this stay was over 1,000 times better. Our first stay was in Williams, but since the visits are to see my daughter who is in the hospital. It made more since to be nearer the hospital. We were greeted kindly and there was no problem checking in early. We will definitely stay here on future visits.

My second time here. Stayed here in April and had to return on business so I booked them again. They are new owners and have replaced everything so, it’s like a brand new motel! The family owners are very kind and attentive to our needs. I’ll be back in February 2025 for another business trip.
