Heard traffic all night. Someone decided to run a leaf blower right under my window at 6am. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. This place was extra noisy the freeway on one side and another busy road on the other. Will never stay there again.

It’s a bit noisy being so close to the freeway. But it’s really convenient for travel. The suite is big.

The hotel staff was nice and we loved they opened the breakfast early for us because we needed to leave at 5:45 in the morning however, the hotel hallways smelled like pot when we checked in it was overwhelming When we came back from dinner, the hotel smelled so strongly of Clorox it was overwhelming. The beds Made springy noises every time you turned over The window was open when we got there and very challenging to close there was no screen or safety device on the second or third floors on the outside of the window. It just opened completely to the outside.

I liked the size of the rooms, and the breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast. My issues with this property were, my rooms sinks were clogged and never fully drained. I also had to extend my stay and when they did that my key was coded wrong, they fixed it but it was frustrating to be locked out of my room. Lastly and the biggest deal was i was on the third floor and i was there for 4 days and the elevator was out of order the whole time. On a personal note I think if they extended the pool hours that would be a good move, especially since its indoor anyways.

Bossy resident and no cleaning
We have stayed at this hotel every 6 months for the last two years. This hotel has a permanent elderly resident (which is a questionable practice by itself) that takes it upon herself to monitor the breakfast area and yell at guests when they close the food lid too hard and states “you are going to break it. I’ve seen it broken before” while she sits there in her robe. The only other complaint was that I had to ask for two days straight for my room to get serviced ( only cleaned once during our 8 day stay).

We booked in April for our stay in October. We received a call an hour before check in that our room was overbooked and they no longer have the larger room available. They offered us only 30% off for their mistake. The hotel is non smoking and very clearly smelled of smoke. Awful customer service.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Very noisy. Needs dual pane windows, it sounded like you were out on the street. The exterior halls reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The room itself was very clean.

I paid from Thursday til Sunday they changed it to check out Saturday without telling me I flew all the way from South Carolina to be with my grandma in the icu I’ll never stay there again

Besides a few mishaps of being checked into a room that wasn't available. Told i would be credited a bit for the inconvenience and wasn't and now my hold for the one night hasn't been released a week later, it was nice. Kids running up and down the isles causing havoc the whole night. The room was great and the reception was wonderful.
